Hot club swing, straight from Wokingham
The Swing Gitan is a Gypsy Jazz band bringing the sound of 1930s Paris to Wokingham & the surrounding area — swinging guitars, driving rhythm and virtuoso improvisation in the tradition of Django Reinhardt and the Quintette du Hot Club de France.
Acoustic, energetic and built for dancing as much as listening, we play everything from candlelit restaurant sets to full-throttle festival stages, weddings and private parties.
